What can I do if there is something wrong with my order?
if you received a wrong item or the item has been damaged in delivery you can fill a return request form with a picture of the wrong or damaged order.
We’ll try to replace the wrong or damaged item subject to stock availability
What is the minimum order? Is there a delivery fee?
The minimum order is 100 AED. We offer free delivery for orders above 200 AED. For orders below 200 AED a delivery charge will apply.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online if your order has not yet been dispatched.
How long will it take to get a refund?

Can I schedule a specific time for delivery?
At Al Darmaky we deliver between 9 am and 6 pm. If you have a specific time you would like to receive your delivery, please mention it in the order notes and we will try our best to accommodate the request.
Can I change my delivery day?
Please contact us at at least 24 hours before your delivery date if you wish to make changes and we will try our best to assist you.
